Suggest Treatment For Sensitive Itchy Skin
Need more information
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic
I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query.
I would like to gather more information from you in order to be able to guide you better.
-Do you get rashes over a particular area or are the rashes generalized?
-Are they persistent or are they evanescent?
-Can you upload a photograph?
After going through your history and treatment history, you seem to have an atopic diathesis, which is basically an inherent predisposition to allergies. Various allergens present in environment (food, dust, dander, pollens etc) can elicit an allergic reaction in atopics manifesting as sneezing, asthma etc.
Atopics also have an underlying dry skin. Rashes like Urticaria are common in those who are atopics

Possibility of allergic urticaria
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I would keep a possibility of Hives/Urticaria. Allergic Urticaria is common in those who are atopics and is IgE mediated. Allergens can be present either in the atmosphere(dust, animal dander, pollens etc) food, drugs etc. As you soon as you are re-exposed to the implicating allergen(s) (antigen) it combines with circulating serum IgE and the antigen-antibody complex so formed induces release of histamine from mast cells which causes Hives.
I would suggest a serum test which tests for the common implicating allergens present either in the food or atmosphere or drugs.
An oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine or levocetrizine (with or with monteleukast) loratadine or fexofenadine once or twice daily can be titrated according to the response
Topically you may use a soothing lotion e.g calamine lotion as and when required.
