I have seen the attached picture.
You have irregular pigmentation over face along with post acne scars .
You can start application of kojic acid cream over the pigmented areas of face twice daily .
In addition ,take oral vitamin c tablet once daily for a month .
Use a medicated sunscreen with spf more than 26 regularly before going out in the sun .Apply it atleast thirty minutes before going out and re apply every three hourly.
Both chemical peels or dermabrasion would be very beneficial for your problem . I would advise you to see a nearby dermatologist and take regular sittings for the same .
This will help in reducing color irregularities and will improve complexion.

Thank you very much for such kind rply. Also i want to know about dat sun screen , is dat only for protecting from sun, or it will overcome my skin spots which already caused by sun damage. And most effected area of my face is around lips and upper lips, its very dry area, any thing for dat u recommend ? Is kojic acid cream is for pimples or frackles dots?? As it contain acid , any side effect for my skin from kojic acid, as skin is senstive , i dont wana take risk . Thnx
