Brief Answer:
Peptic ulcer can be the reason.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Do you have any abdominal pain? Where is it located? Does it radiate to the back? Do you have any bloating, gas obstruction, constipation, diarrhea? Have you had blood work done recently? Do you have joints pains? Skin rashes?

Your symptoms might be caused by peptic ulcer or stomach inflammation. Even presence of Helicobacter Pylori can cause such symptoms. The pain which is present with an ulcer is usually dull. It is hard to give its exact location. It does not radiate to the back. It usually appears after a meal (stomach ulcer) or when you are hungry (duodenum ulcer). Lack of appetite is quite characteristic.

My suggestion for you is to consider gastroscopy. This test will tell what is the stomach condition and if there is Helicobacter Pylori infection.
Abdominal ultrasound should be done to rule gallstones out. Blood work should be done to see hemoglobin level.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
