Brief Answer:
Go for Sperm extraction soon to check for sperms

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I understand your concerns about sertoli cell only syndrome.

You have undergo sperm extraction once to know if there is sperm production.

FSH is on higher side in your reports. There is unlikely to be any sperm production which is suitable for ICSI with this report.

Get sperm extraction done soon to check if sperms can be found for ICSI. If no sperms found you cannot even go for ICSI.

Using donor sperm would be only option if no sperms found.

2.Is there any Ayurvedic or Homeopathic treatment available for SCOS?Can Sperm increasing natural remedies in ayurveda like safed musli help to produce atleast a decent amount of sperms ?
3.Is there any success stories in your rich experience?Share if any..

Brief Answer:
Details explained

Detailed Answer:
1. Inhibin levels need not be tested.

2. You will be given local or general anestesia so that you dont feel pain. A needle and syringe are inserted into testis and semen is drawn. This contains sperms and is confirmed under microscope.

3. No use of ayurveda or homeopathy treatment for this.

4. If no sperms found on surgical extraction , nothing can be done. No treatment will improve this. Donor semen is only option.
