Brief Answer:
It could be due to several reasons
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
I understand your concerns.
Heal pain can be due to many causes - common being stress due to over weight, small bony growth in calcaneum called calcaneal spur, pain in ligaments called plantar fascitis, osteo arthritis etc. It could also be due to high uric acid seen in diabetics. Have your blood tests done for uric acid, blood sugar and ESR.

Is it curable. Is there any medication can be taken for throbbing pain. I feel more throbbing pain in the evening after i go back from work. My feet nerves are hurting too much. Please advise.
Brief Answer:
Treatment depends on cause
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Don't worry.
The options include analgesics like diclofenac or tramadol and neuropathic medicines like gabapentin, pregabalin or amytriptyline can be tried. These medications has to taken with prescription as they are associated with side effects.
So please review with your orthopedic surgeon. If there is no relief with medications your surgeon can help you with local injections like steroid injections which can relieve your pain.
