Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal And Leg Pain

Question: My wife drunk good night liquid refill some ml. She is feeling heaviness and pain in stomach and near by. I have taken her to doctor just informing about pain he advise typical gastric issue so gave tablet panpran D and cyclofam for pain killing.

1. A small amount of good night liquid is not dangerous, but it can irritate the delicate lining (mucosa) of the airway, lungs, food pipe and stomach.

2. The irritation or allergy may lead to internal swelling after a few hours, hence I recommend that you consult a doctor if you have cough or difficulty in breathing, in which case you may be admitted for observation.

3. Have a few tablespoons of Liquid Paraffin IP (medical grade) if available to dilute the traces of liquid and to soothe the internal linings. it does not dissolve completely in water.

4. I will again stress that since the quantity was under 20 ml, there should be no major cause for worry.

Sir my wife still feeling heavy in upper abdomen . And also feel pain in chest region and upper abdomen. She has been rabicin medicine for gastiritis and sucrafil o gel . Still she is feeling discomfort. Some it is mild pain.
Now from two days taking zinetac and pantodac medicine . Wife is also feeling little pain while breathing. Please tell me what is to be done

The symptoms your wife has can be due to gastritis and anxiety. it is best to get her examined by a physician to rule out any further problem. Do not give zinetac pantodac and rabicin all at the same time. Do take only those medicines which your physician prescribes.

She is right now taking zinetac and pantodac as prescribed by new doctor. What other examination u prescribed to be done in this case.Sir I also want to know the impact of that good night liquid . Will she be ok after proper medication . Anything else I would suggest.

Usually a small amount of liquid does not cause any lasting effect. if difficulty in breathing persists then X-ray chest may be needed to rule out an infection. Vitals need monitoring and she should improve if it is only gastritis.
