Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Bloating, Constant Hoarseness And Cervical Spine Disease
Endoscopy is required
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir
I can certainly understand your concern.
Your symptoms require print further assessment.
A early upper GIT endoscopy is required to rule out gastric causes contributing to your symptoms.
A stool examination is also required to identify any infectious cause of loose stool.
The hoarseness has to be further evaluated through a laryngoscopy.
The unsteadiness of the hand is due to the cervical spine disease. An MRI spine will help to accurately identify the level and severity of the disease.
Further management if any is largely based on test results.
Meanwhile I prescribe oral pills of ORNI O(antibiotics,) and pantoprazole to help to improve your symptoms.
Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these pills to you.
Thank you.
Thank you for your response. So the symptoms seem to be caused from acid reflux even the metal taste in mouth? I have started using Nexium to try to calm the symptoms and have made an appt with my primary doctor to see about a referral to a GE doctor. Thank you, XXXX
