Brief Answer:
watch for bowel clearance. Have plenty of water and fruits

Detailed Answer:
hi there,
I have understood your concern, I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

I would like to know , if you have similar history of constipation in the past?
Also, do you consume adequate water, fruits and raw salads in the daily diet?

As your history suggests that there is no clearing of bowel in last 3 days, your pain is likely to be related to the same.

If there is bowel clearance over last 3 days, then the last portion of bowel gets filled up with undigested food stuff that is supposed to be excreted out as feces.
Due to accumulation of feces and distension of bowel lumen such kind of pain can occur.

As you had taken mom - a kind of bowel laxative and also you are drinking a lot of water, you might get bowel cleared soon, and the pain will be eased out.
Keep drinking lot of water. Eat fruits that contain pulp and water.
If needed, please seek medical support, incase you do not pass feces or the pain is not relieved within 24 hours.

I hope this answer helps you.
