Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain And Anxiety
Question: My periods started shuffling, as in they were not regular since the past 6-7 months, they mostly got delayed by 6-7 days , moreover whenever they arrived I suffered chronic pains in my abdomen for atleast 2 days. Apart from this I started gaining a lot of weight post marriage (I got married in February 2016) this made me suspicious about thyroid so I visited a doctor who suggested to get sonography and thyroid tests. as per the sonography results I have been diagnosed with PCOD. Kindly look for the attached sonography reports along with the thyroid test reports, and suggest proper medication please.
P-S- I have 8 hours working for 6 days a week. I have refrained from spicy foods since childhood. I don't generally get time for exercise regularly, but I walk briskly for almost half hour daily.

I have seen the attached reports and they are all fine except PCOD and for that you should take regular oral contraceptive pills which will help in regularising your periods and of course PCOD too.
But PCOD is an inherent problem of ovary thus will be modified but not treated.
You need to maintain good health in the form of ideal weight and avoid calories along with regular exercise
