Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain While Having Colon Rectal Cancer

Question: Hello sir
my uncle is suffering from Colon rectal cancer. oncology doctor said he cannot able to survive. he is counting days. but patient is active, speak normal, eats well, memory good, does all activity normal. but severe pain persists in adbomen. can't tolerate. We think he can survive years if good treatment given.

please advice us sir

Hello dear. In a metastatic carcinoma we have limited no. of chemo drugs to be given. So i wan to know what all drugs have been used. A drug which has been used is difficult to use again as it will not show response again. A new molecule has to be used.Please upload all details of chemo drugs used.

Hello dear. I have seen the details. In his case lots of drugs can still be used. These include irinotecan based combinations and targeted therapies like avastin and regorafenib. Survival can be increased significantly. Please discuss these options with your doctor.

ok sir thanks for ur useful advice. already shown ur advice of targeted therapy avastin, regorafenib n etc to my cousins and asked them to discuss with their oncology doctor for my uncle (patient) treatment as per ur advice. thanks a lot for ur caring sir
