Question: I GOT A PAIN ON MY PELVIS BOTH SIDES ALONG WITH STOMACH PAIN HAD IT FOR ONE MONTH

1.Please attach the Ultrasound report.
2.Whether Pain abdomen is associated with Vomiting, Loose stool etc?
3.Whether pain is continuous or intermittent?
If Ultrasound abdomen is normal,Pain could be due to infection of the bowel.
I prescribe Antibiotic like Tablet Rifaximine 400mg twice daily,Anti spasmodic tablet containing Dicyclomine,Pre and Probiotic capsule twice daily for 1 week and see the response.
