Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
I have gone through your reports. I would be able to better understand your problem if i could get in detail your stomach issue which you have from 18 years of age. What treatment did you take?
Looking at the reports, your liver enzymes are deranged and the Prothrombin time is prolonged suggesting some clotting factor deficiency or blood disorder.
Having such high prothrombin time is dangerous as you can have bleeding tendencies. For which you need to take prescribed vitamin K injections to reduce prothrombin time.
With the prescription you have uploaded it looks like you are having irritable bowel disease but since the liver enzymes are increased there should be something associated.
You can try the following home remedies:
- You should not drink alcohol.
- In case of IBS, you need to eat small regular meals, diet rich in fiber, curds, deep breathing exercise etc.
- By your symptoms it looks like you are having a certain food allergy ( most commonly gluten) try gluten free diet (that is gluten is a mixture of protein found in wheat, barley, oats etc). You should keep a track of foods and if any particular food leads to these symptoms so that you can avoid those foods.
- You can get a colonoscopy done to rule out other conditions such as ulcerative colitis and crohn's disease.
- To rule out autoimmune diseases you will have to get a number of tests which is best under supervision of a gastroenterologist.
I would suggest you to meet a gastroenterologist for a detailed examination and treatment.
I hope this answers your query.
