Suggest Treatment For Severe Acne And Dark Spots On The Face
Question: Hi sir m 25 years old, m using skinlight cream from 3 months.. I'm getting too much pimple and dark spots how to stop this cream without side effects

Use a salicylic acid based face wash like saslic face wash like saslic face wash
Use water based moisturiser for acne prone skin like acne moist
Apply clindamycin gel over acne lesions in morning and tretinoin cream ( retinoa) in night. Do not apply excess cream and do not rub too much as can lead to irritation and redness
If having comedones get them extracted regularly.
Apply Kojic cream over pigmented spots.
Consult near by dermatologist if above methods didnt help.

you can use it until pimple gets reduced, it may take nearly 2 months.Once it is reduced you can slowly taper the medicine by applying on face alternatively instead of daily.
Dont apply any oil based face creams/make up.
Drink plenty of water.It keeps you hydrated and removes toxin from the body.

before using skin lite cream also I had so many pimples after using skin lite pimple reduced and skin got light. the same cream can I use if I got pimple again
