Brief Answer:
oral doxycycline / minocycline / azithromycin with clindamycin

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com. I have read your query. I understand your concern.
Treatment of acne depends on the grade of acne you are actually suffering from. For grade 2-4 acne, I prefer to advise oral antibiotics like doxycycline / minocycline / azithromycin. Alongwith topical creams containing clindamycin in the morning and Benzoyl peroxide alternatively with topical retinoids is advised to apply over acne in night time.
For grade 1, only topicals are sufficient usually.
In non responding cases, consideration is given to start oral retinoids like isotretinoin.
I would advise you to upload images so that I can actually visualize the lesions and advice you accordingly.
You should avoid hair oil application and oily food in the diet.
Kindly upload the images.
Take care.
