Brief Answer:
Use good cleanser twice daily, use ADAPALENE GEL at night

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
welcome to healthcaremagic.com and myself Dr. Atishay Bukharia would be answering your questions..

acne is the inflammation of pilosebaceous unit and it is mainly hormonal in nature although many other causes has also been identified which include environmental exposure to dust, excess seborhhea, steroid abuse.

I would like you to investigate your Hormonal profile like FSH : LH RATIO and serum TESTOSTERONE.

Acne at this age can be attributed to POLYCYSTIC OVARIAN DISEASE (which would be detected by testing the above-mentioned tests)

You can also try ISOTRETINOIN as after taking a complete course of Isotretinoin, acne is permanently cured in 70 to 80% of cases.

Always Clean your skin with SALICYLIC ACID based cleanser like SALISIA CLEANSER in order to remove the excess sebum and dust which occlude the hair follicle and thus cause acne.

You can also apply ADAPALENE GEL over the lesion in night.

hope it helps

Doctor, I had mentioned in my main question that the query was about a 30-Male. Why Polycystic ovarian disease in male's case!!??

pls suggest a good cream or tablets to avoid pimples in future & also to remove the black spots on skin.

once u write the medicines details here, I will go to my family physician (Who is just a general doctor, not a dermatologist) & take the prescription from him by showing this discussion because most of the medicines r available only with prescription.

again, I am 30-Male. oily skin & my skin on cheeks and forehand looks like open pores means don't look smooth. pls comment on this also & suggest medicines for this also

Brief Answer:
Needed continuous monitoring so remain in touch with dermatologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Yes they are right medication, in standard cases 30 mg of Isotretinoin at night is usually prescribed.
It has to be taken in night, and long course has to be taken at least 3 to 4 month and dose is monitored as per the response and side effects. I would like to remind you here that this treatment should be monitored by a doctor.
Side effects are dry face and cheilitis so you can use BLISTEX LIP BALM three to four times daily..

Please review your condition in 4 weeks

If there is no question then please close the discussion and don't forget to provide ratings..
