Brief Answer:
Remedy for acne

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am Dr.Kakkar (Dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

I'd suggest you to use Microbenz 3.5% gel (Benzoyl peroxide 3.5%) for day time application. At night you may use Deriva CMS gel (clindamycin 1% + Adapalene 0.1%) over the whole affected area.

If you have inflammatory acne i.e red papules, pustules and nodules, you may also take an oral anti-acne antibiotc e.g Microdox LBX Capsules (Doxycycline 100mg), twice daily, for a few days.

Use a gentle cleanser for face wash e.g Cetaphil cleansing lotion.
Avoid sunscreen, moisturizers, foundation etc. on face.

Regards
