Question: I need help dealing with loosing my mother. I can't sleep,eat or manage to work.

If your symptoms are severe enough to affect daily routine or already more than 1 week has been passed and symptoms are persistent you are suffering from pathological grief. In that case short term course of anti-anxiety medicines like lorazepam or clonazepam (benzodiazepine) group can help. These are prescription medicines and you need to consult doctor to get the same.
