Suggest Treatment For Severe Anxiety

Question: Hi, I was at work, sitting down not doing much when I noticed my heart rate was up. I used a heart rate monitor on my phone (I trust the accuracy somewhat) and it never went above 99 bpm, but it stayed at 99 over an hour. What would cause this? I had a URL physical 4 months ago and have diagnosed with anxiety.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
Although your HR is up (99 bpm) it's still within the normal range and as a such you shouldn't worry about.
Please keep in mind that if you worry this will increase your anxiety level and adrenaline release causing the HR to be in the upper limits of norm (arround 100-110 bpm).
Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
