Suggest Treatment For Severe Anxiety
Question: Hello Doctor, I am a 40 yr old female from XXXXXXX I have undergone total hysterectomy 4 months back.
Before surgery also I was anxious. And after surgery I have been anxious for my histology report though everything came to be normal. My anxiety levels increased that I was fearing death. I took homeopathy medicine, it did gave me some relief, but my another doctor gave me nexito plus. I have used full tabs for 15 days and then half for 10 days. I gave a gap of 2 days, then I was feeling anxiety symptoms again. Asked my doctor she said to take full tablet for one month atleast. Can you tell me the procedure how to withdraw nexito plus?

I can understand your situation.
since you had this problem before surgery I suggest you to continue nexito plus for 3 months minimum.. These tablets has to be taken for minimum 3 months and should be stopped gradually with the consent of your doctor.
Have they removed your ovary along with uterus?. if so calcium suppliments has to be taken.

Thank U Doctor. Yes my ovaries were also removed along with uterus. Earlier I never had anxiety problem, since my surgery was planned I became anxious, as it was unexpected. I am taking good food like Apple, beetroot and carrot juice, ragi malt, milk, dry fruits and time to time breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also doing meditation. My homeopathy doctor was saying its more surgical anxiety combined with anesthetia and hormonal tabs side effects. I took harmonal tabs Premarin 0.625mg for 6 weeks and stopped. Im nw continuing homeopothy medicine for anxiety and nexito plus. Is it ok.

You can continue nexitoplus ..if you are having hormonal problems like hot flashes excessive sweating etc ,, will need premarin again..that to be taken under gynaecologists supervision.
