Brief Answer:
Physical examination a must....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I went through the reports. Reports revealed mild iron deficiency anemia only. No other significant abnormalities were found.

Now iron deficiency anemia may cause musculoskeletal pain. However in your mother's case, deficiency is not severe and may not be the specific cause of pain.
There are few other causes of back pain as well as burning feet. Specific treatment is established after we arrive at the cause. Therefore I will urge you to visit a doctor for clinical examination. Physical examination is a must to narrow down on the cause.

Hence I will recommend she visits an orthopedic surgeon / neurophysician to evaluate and understand the cause.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
