Brief Answer:
Buprenorphine 5 mg transdermal patch and pregabalin tablets

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Since you are having severe back pain in the area of your hip i would advise you to apply Buprenorphine 5 mg transdermal patch.

You can apply apply one patch to a dry, non irritated, non hairy area of your skin on your upper body such as your chest, upper back, or the outside of your arms. Leave it in place for seven days and then remove it and replace it with a new patch, but apply the replacement patch to a different area of skin on your upper body. Avoid using the area from where you have removed the patch for at least three weeks. Continue to replace your patches once a week, on the same day of the week.

I will also advise you to do a MRI of lumbosacral (LS) spine.

The numbness in your fingers could be due to peripheral neuropathy.

It is nerve damage that often causes numbness and pain in your hands.

I would advise you to take pregabalin tablets 100 mg three times daily after food for 2 months for your numbness in your fingers with your doctors advise.
