Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain Between Shoulder Blades
Question: Hello Good evening.
I have severe back pain between shoulder blades. When the do work, the pain agravates and it does not subside easily. Before, by taking some rest, the pain used to fade away nowadays it just a nagging pain all the time. The pain management doctor prescribed my tryptomer 10mg. After taking for two weeks, the pain vanished but now after I did some regular house hold work, the pain has come back and is not going, I have started on tryptomer again. I want some permanent solution as I'am only 41 and still there is so much work to do in life while this pain is cripping me at this moment.
Thankyou,

Brief Answer:
You need physiotherapy to improve muscle strength
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think you are having neck muscle weakness. This is common in females specially if they work on desk or watch TV for long time. Physiotherapy is helpful in this. But before I advised you on muscle strength I would like to know little detail about your illness.
1.Since how long you are having this pain?
2.Are you also having Diabetes or any other medical illness?
3.Are you a house maker or a professional? Do you have to travel a lot?
Please send me answers of these questions. I will try my best to help you.
thanks
