Can hardly walk and very minimal ability to lift any weight. Bowl movement cleaning is almost impossible.
No as to legs and arms. As noted above I have femoral neuropathy.
No trauma prior to pain.
As noted above 11# in less than a week (eleven pounds).

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Muscle pain and spasms following diarrhea are likely due to electrolyte loss. You need to replenish electrolytes by drinking electrolyte containing drinks like Gatorade.
You have mentioned loosing around 11 pounds in a very short period of time which is quite concerning. Rapid weight loss along with back pain warrants CT scanning of the spine.
For managing the pain you can take Advil 400 mg up to 4 times a day. Please discuss with your doctor regarding prescribing Tramadol. Tramadol is included in a class of opioids which is effective pain medication. You can schedule an appointment with a pain management clinic if more potent opioid than tramadol is required.
Hope I was able to help you.
Please let me know if you need further clarification
