Brief Answer:
MRI L-S Spine

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX XXXX,
Thanks for being back on healthcaremagic.com.

Last time,I have advised you to learn proper spinal exercises and start doing them.If you are doing them well and still not improving, I would suggest you to get a MRI of lumbosacral(L-S) Spine done to look for spinal changes and nerve radicular compression.

Also, please get a serum 25-OH-Vitamin D test to rule out vitamin D deficiency as it is common in almost 80 percent of the indians. If deficient, correcting it will prove to be helpful.

Hope that helps. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Brief Answer:
MRI L-S Spine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up.

I have gone through the attachments which you have provided.X-ray does now show any abnormality and vitamin D levels are normal as well. However, as the pain is persisting for past 2 months, I would suggest you to get one MRI of lumbosacral(L-S) spine done.I shall be glad to review your MRI for any abnormalities.

Hope that helps.I shall be glad to have you in follow-up with details.
