Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain
Question: I fell down the stairs about a week ago I'm still having severe pain on my right back rib and a rib under my right breast. I cant take a deep breath without pain can't sleep turn at the waste without sharp pains. Coughing or sneezing sends me over the edge in pain.

I have read your query.
If I am your treating doctor then I would first advise you to get xray of chest done in AP and show me the report.
The pain you are feeling may be due to soft tissue injury or hairline fracture of rib.
It will be revealed on xray.
Its usual to have pain on cough and sneezing, it will go by 7 days.
Till then have tab.aceclofenac100mg+serratiopeptidase15mg thrice a day.
I would like to advise you to visit orthopedic surgeon and he will apply you strapping over the painful area.
Apply hot packs for 30 mins in morning and evening.
Once pain stops start doing breathing exercises.
