Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms do net seem to be related to any cardiac disorder.

Indigestion seems to be the main cause of your complaints.

Postprandial hypotension could also explain the dizziness after eating.

I would just recommend some tips to help you improve your situation:

- avoid large meals
- avoid spicy food
- try to eat more frequently and in small portions
- an antiacid may help.

If this situation persists despite following the above advises, I would recommend performing a fibrogastroscopy.

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr.Iliri
