Suggest Treatment For Severe Bleeding Piles And Constipation

Question: father aged 66 having bleeding piles at times for 40 yrs. Severe for a month, clothes getting damaged. coconut water gives temporary relief. Having constipation. Taking medicines for bp, cholestrol prevention. Any advice to better?
