Suggest Treatment For Severe Body Pain And Fever

Question: Good Morning Dr XXXXXXX I have been having intense body pains and fever since 2 days.I have been using antibiotics MAHACEF since 2 days, but with no improvement.I am also breastfeeding my baby .I had last childbirth at 6 months of age.Please suggest me appropriate medications, that can help me to get well soon and take care of my baby.

Since , you did not respond to standard antibiotic, its very important that undergo certain further tests, that can actually find the cause of fever and body pains in your case.

For this I advise you to get the following tests

1. CBP

2.QBC

3.Dengue NS1 and IGM

4.Urine routine

5.Platelet count.

Further management if any is largely based on the test results.

Get the tests and update me with test results.

Meanwhile continue CALPOL and Ondem as prescribed by your doctor.Stop MAHACEF.

Update me with test results.
