Brief Answer:
Can be muscle pain.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The pain in lower right breast and back can be a muscular pain related to mild disc bulge in thoracic spine or due to muscle spasm. This can be related to tight brassiere also. Such mild pain usually subsides with rest hot compress and a mild pain killer. Doing stretching exercises also help in maintaining the tone of the muscles after the acute pain subsides.
