Brief Answer:
You are having very severe obstructive Airway defect.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
By your spirometry report, it is obvious that you are having very severe obstructive Airway defect.
And this report is of 2014. So your current PFT will even much worse.
In my opinion, you are not doing regular follow up with pulmonologist because PFT is required every six monthly in such cases.
You are also having cor pulmonale mostly.
It is right sided heart failure seen in very severe bronchitis.
This can also add to symptoms.
So please let me know
1. Do you follow up regularly by pulmonologist?
2. Have you ever undergone 2d echo for the diagnosis of cor pulmonale?
3. What is your oxygen saturation in resting as well as exertion?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
