Now hesitating to take which medicine I have to take with Neubulation.
Requested to suggest which medicine I have to use for Neubulisation or good medicine for Bronchritis.

Ramaiah
Bronchodilators and Steroid respules.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir, Hi & Welcome.
Thanks for posting your query on healthcare magic.
You can take the following medications through nebulizer after consulting your treating physician for the treatment of suspected bronchitis.
1. Bronchodilators (which relax the airway smooth muscles thus open the airways and reduce breathing problems).
Duolin which contains Ipratropium Bromide and Salbutamol is available in the dosage form of respule.
One respule to be taken 3-4 times a day along with normal saline in the nebulizer.
2. Anti-inflammatory (to suppress the inflammation associated with allergies)/
Budecort which contains a steroid Budesonide is also available in the dosage form of respule.
Each 2 ml of Budecort contains 1 mg of Budesonide.
One respule to be taken once or twice a day.
3. If you have fever and cough with yellowish sputum, it may be due to respiratory tract infection which needs to be treated with an appropriate course of a suitable antibiotic like Amoxicillin with Clavulonic acid.
Hope the suggestions given above will help you in getting the correct treatment.
If you have any follow up query, kindly send it.
Best regards.

Thanks for your suggestion. How long I have to take above medication ? Above medicines are prescribed by the Physician 2013. It was given good effort.
However, I have consulted another doctor now and prescribed other tables, which I mentioned above. These tables are giving effect upto usage only Once I stopped the course, asthama is coming again.
Hence, I thought of using Nebuliser which provided goods results earlier.
Please suggest.
Nebulization is better than oral medications.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir, Hi & Welcome back.
Thanks for your reply, noted its contents.
As a matter of fact the medications given through nebulizer are most effective, fast acting and produce least side effects. Had I been your treating physician I would have suggested the medications through nebulizer only.
Regarding the newly prescribed medications:
1. Aerocort Inhaler contains Beclomethasone (steroid) and Salbutamol.
2. Deriphyllin Tablet contains Etophylline, and Theophylline are bronchodilators but associated with certain side effects like increased heart beat, palpitation, tremors, etc...
3. Macbery Syrup contains Ambroxol, Guaifenesin, & Levosalbutamol can be taken if you have thick sputum.
You need to take the medications through nebulizer whenever you feel breathlessness. But antibiotics should be taken for at least 5-7 days if you have an associated infection (reflected by fever, yellowish sputum, etc).
Hope these answer your query.
Take care.
