Question: I am 55 years old overweight. About a month now I have had chest congestion rapid heart beat and coughing. I went to a doctors care where they gave me antiboics. And something for me to breathe. But the symptoms reoccurred.

Dyspnoea - difficulty in breathing or shortness of breath.
Angina on exertion -Chest heaviness or fullness.
Palpitation or tachycardia.
Swelling or edema in limbs,ankle etc.
cough not responding to antibiotics can be indicative of CHF.
