Brief Answer:
Hello. It looks like a cancerous growth

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear.
I have gone through the details and the attached reports.

The reports are suggestive of a cancerous growth in the lung.

First of all, he will require --

A PET-CT scan to look for other areas of disease spread
A biopsy of the lesion to determine the treatment

Treatment will depend upon the biopsy report. So you should not wait any longer and get the investigation sooner so that we can start the treatment earliest.

Thanks and regards
