Suggest Treatment For Severe Chest Pain While Having Chronic Costochondritis
Question: I have chronic costochondritus. I woke up a year ago with stomach pains and i guess gastritus, blood tested had H. pylori, and had chest pains. A few months went by and stomach was better but had awful chest pains et. Diagnosed w chostochondritus. I have just about every test to rule out all major things (xray, ct scan, ultrasound, food allergies, rheumatologist, chiro, PT, massage, etc etc, changed diet). I am a year in and no better. Just wondering if there are any doctors out there that have any thoughts for me as i have given up.

Hi
yes so I think back a year ago when i woke up with stomach pains i was very stressed at work. But in general last 6-8 months or so i dont live to stressful of a life. However, the costo is certainly worse with stress, and also sitting at work all day makes it hurt, as well as some of the other basic costo symptoms like too much caffeine. The pain is always there, but when i dont have a flare it is left side ribs and dull and achey. It seems i cant really do any exercise other than walking or it will flare. My chiro had me try swimming a few weeks ago and that was awful, made it flare the next day and two weeks later i am finally off the flare. The flare makes the pain in the sternum come out and chest wall.
