Hi,thank you for posting your query on health care magic.
Looking at your symptoms, you might be suffering from Allergic rhinitis.(Allergy affecting nose)
You have tried the following medicines-

Cetrizine- It can be used to alleviate allergic symptoms in nose
Dolo contains Paracetamol- It is used in case of fever, pain etc..
Wikoryl Tablet -It contains Chlorpheniramine(anti-allergic), Paracetamol(anti-pyretic), and Phenylephrine(decongestant). Chlorpheniramine is also an anti-allergic like cetrizine but it may cause sedation in few patients. Phenylephrine is a decongestant, but it is to be avoided in person suffering from hypertension.Wikoryl can be used when you have nasal allergic symptoms like sneezing /watery nasal discharge with fever/feverish feeling with nasal congestion.
I have explained you which medication can be used in which circumstances depending on your symptoms.
In addition to the above medications, you may also find relief by taking Nasal Decongestant (like containing Oxymetazoline) if you are suffering from Nasal Blockage. Along with it, Nasal steroid spray(like Mometasone) which have a good effect on allergic symptoms of nose like watery nasal discharge, itching, sneezing and also on decongestion of nose.
In case of cough with expectoration (like containing Ambroxol/Guaifenesin)- if you have a productive cough or Cough suppressant(like containing Dextromethorphan)- if you have a dry irritating cough.
Try to make a list of which food substances or atmospheric changes like pollutants, you are exposed to leads to the above symptoms and try to avoid those conditions.
Do take steam inhalation thrice daily. Drink plenty of fluids(warm). Avoid cold and very sweet food as they increase mucus production. Avoid smoke, dust and other pollutants.
Hope this answers your question.I would be happy to answer if you have any follow-up questions.
Take care.
