Brief Answer:
Best treatment is Cranberry juice that dislodges the bacteria.
Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to health care magic, E-Coli infection is difficult to eradicate because the bacteria stick to intestinal and bladder wall and are difficult to dislodge.
Best treatment is Cranberry juice that dislodges the bacteria.
It will also handle his constipation.
Give him Cranberry juice 2 tsp three times a day in a glass of water.
Also give him a good Pre and Probiotic combination that should be available OTC.
For the testicular pain, he should get examined.
