Brief Answer:
Symptomatic treatment, later if persist further evaluation is required

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
Based on the information, I feel it is due to upper respiratory tract infection. It requires only symptomatic treatment.
I'll suggest you with few measures that will be helpful.

Presently I would suggest you to avoid cold food, oily food, smoking if you do for few days.
Salt water gargling 3 to 4 times a day for few days.
Drink plenty of water especially warm water.
Early morning drink glass of warm water and tea spoon of honey.
Steam inhalation with few drops of eucalyptus oil in it, three to four times a day.
In case of nasal congestion, you can use nasal decongestant like otrivin.
Expectorant can be used, syrup bromhexine after consulting your doctor.

If the symptoms persist it needs to be evaluated through clinical examination and a battery of tests like sputum for microscopy and culture and blood tests such as CBC ESR and an X ray chest , so you need to see physician for help.

Hope this helps
Take care
