Question: Hi,
My mother is having cough and cold for couple of weeks.We been to Pulmonologist and gone through this medical tests. I am attaching this reports for your expert review and guidance. I would like to know if it is asthma or copd. Thank you for your advice.

Her ecg and 2d echo are normal, so no need to worry for heart diseases.
Her PFT is suggestive of moderate obstructive Airway defect without reversibility.
This favours COPD more.
Her chest x ray is also emphysema like more.
So possibility of COPD in her case is more.
