Suggest Treatment For Severe Cough And Sneezing

Question: I am suffering from past two years with unknown disease, where ever i go people start cough, clear throat, sneezing, clearing throat, allallergic reactions.

Management involves you speaking to the people around you and taking their practical opinion on this.

I dont no what is the cause of this disease.. there is no medication for this?
