Brief Answer:
The doesn't seem to be any indication of ER or doctor visit.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
Your son seems to be improving quite well and his disease is following the normal course of event.
There DOES NOT seem to be any indication for him to visit a doctor or an ER as yet.
Hard at breathing at exertion and cold..
It is normal progress of disease, as his respiratory passages are a bit irritated by disease process so they get into spasm, on exertion , excitement , and cold exposure.
You can give him Tylenol or cold compress, if required,
you might want to avoid sour and spicy foods for him and cold ones as well.
You can visit doctor on next follow up routine visit.
No need for an urgent E.R or doctor visit.
You can visit doctor if something new arises. Otherwise no urgent requirement of checkup.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be happy to help. If not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
