Suggest Treatment For Severe Dandruff And Hair Loss

Question: I am having lot of dandruff suddenly started a month ago, earlier it use to be there but not on the same day I wash my hair infact on 3rd day after washing but now its coming on the same day I washed my hair, any home ready mask , change in shampoo or oil or any medicine.please suggest..hair fall has increased to 20%

I usually recommend my patients to use shampoo containing ketoconazole twice weekly and apply a lotion containing beclomethasone and clotrimazole on the itchy and scaly areas of the scalp twice daily for 2-3 weeks and then taper it off gradually.
Also avoid oiling of scalp as it will increase dandruff.
For hair loss you can go for hair supplements like tablet follihair or tablet keraglo XXXXXXX once daily for 2-3 months.

thanks for the answer can you suggest me the shampoo name and lotion name.i will try asking the chemist with the name, otherwise its tough to explain.
