Question: I am suffering from sever white flakes on my head it irritates me alot

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern
Severe dandruff or seborrheic dermatitis is a common cause of scalp itching, redness, scaling and hair fall.
I suggest you to use Scalpe shampoo, daily. It is a 2% ketoconazole and ZPTO based shampoo. Lather it well on to your scalp and leave on for 5 minutes and then rinse it off.
You may also use a topical steroid lotion e.g topisal 3% solution at scalp skin at night and allow it to act overnight. Use it for 2 weeks

I am taking treatment from Richfeel Clinic in XXXXXXX the doctor have told me I am suffering from psoriaris and gave me the following treatment , Arnics Scalp Cleansing Shampoo 500 MI-H , Thuja Scalp Treatment, Berberis Scalp Treatment, L-Tyrosin-H but after three months of dosage also I am not satisfied with the result and doctor has asked me to continue one more course for another three months I am confused whether to go for that or not please help

For psoriasis i would advice you to use Protar shampoo in place of scalpe shampoo. Protar is even better than scalp shampoo. Also use topisal 3% lotion at night on scalp skin and allow it to act overnight.
