Hi
Small issues become large. Example, neighbor has car in front of house and she won't stop going on about it thinking it is done on purpose (when it's hard for them to park else where). Falls out with people when something happens or is said and cannot re-form relationship unless the other person apologizes.
Small things can bother massively, such as this car thing. Wants to move, get revenge, this and that.
Has switched between doctors, gets my dad to fight her 'somewhat delusional battles'. Has rages (rarer now) when things don't go her way.
When growing up I've seen a variety of things. Such as been in the back of the car when she was wrestling over the steering wheel trying to trash the car (with me inside).
She has been to psychatrists (i've not heard what they've said), but as usual, they've been a fault so has been to many. One gave her a diagnosis of OCD. I have no idea what was said or if another diagnosis was given by others.
Some OCD features exist, but I dont know about these other features such as the aggressive approach and the seemingly lack of compassion for others.
What does it sound like?

Brief Answer:
it can be depression with/without personality problem
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for information.
Frequent quarrels, anger outbursts and stubbornness can be part of agitated depression. This may be bipolar depression also. Other differential diagnosis is personality problem. Considering her symptoms there is possibility of cluster B personality and possibility of having Narcissistic Personality traits. Depression and agitation are common occurrence in personas with cluster b personality traits.
However of curse it is more than the OCD.
This type of anger outbursts can be treated with mood stabilizer drugs like sodium valproate or lithium.
You are welcome to clear your doubts further.
