Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.

I'm sorry you're feeling this way. What you are describing (memory and concentration problems, anger, frustration, and lack of socialization) suggest you may be having an episode of agitated major depression. I am not sure what medication you are currently taking ("targen" as mentioned above is not a medication I am aware of). Untreated, this episode could last 6 months to 1 year. With treatment, you could get better in a matter of days or weeks (4-6 weeks). I would seek treatment with an SSRI antidepressant such as sertraline or fluoxetine.

Detailed Answer:
If you have been experiencing this for 2.5 years, you need an antidepressant medication very badly. OxyContin has no interactions whatsoever with mental health medications, specifically SSRI antidepressants. For example: if you were to start taking sertraline, an SSRI antidepressant, this would not interact at all with OxyContin, and indeed I would expect it to help with depression. This is my recommendation for you.
