Suggest Treatment For Severe Depression While On Paroxetine HCL
Question: patient started paroxetine Hcl (20 mg) on 1-19-2017 I/2 tablet fortwo weeks ; then change to 1 tab a day. depression is getting more severe. What is the danger of increasing dosage to whole tablet per day ?
