Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.
First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through. Based on the history you have shared, it can be travelers diarrhea or acute infective diarrhea die to ingestion of some contaminated water or food leading to acute inflammation of gastrointestinal tract. It may need a course of antibiotics like ciprofloxacin and metronidazole for few days. For vomitings dimenhydrinate can be used.
Meanwhile for pains OTC analgesics like acetaminophen and anti spasmodic like drotaverine can be used for cramps . Avoid heavy, greasy or high protien diets for few days, and try taking soft diets instead. Also keep on replacing the lost water and electrolytes by frequent hydration and oral rehydration salts in water.
If situation still persist and doesn't seem to be getting controlled, I would suggest a nearby medical facility ER to get stool analysis, renal function and serum electrolytes done and intravenous fluid replacements.
Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
