Brief Answer:
Go to ER.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Throwing up continuously and dizziness may be related to viral infections of the gastrointestinal tract, vertigo, so, a medical evaluation is necessary first.

Throwing up also may cause fluids and electrolytes imbalance.

Treatment with antiemetic drugs ( metoclopramide ), intravenous fluids and omeprazole may be necessary.

If dizziness persists , use of betahistine also may be necessary.

For these two reasons, an evaluation at your nearest ER is necessary.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
