Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, it can be due to lowered blood sugar and/ or blood pressure. Both should ideally be checked and corrected if needed. Sweets can be taken empirically without needing to check the blood sugar.

A neurological exam is required to look for possible hemiplegic symptoms in view of a CVA. If there is suspicion of a CVA then a CT brain without contrast can be advised in this regard in consultation with your doctor.

If the physical exam is normal then no further intervention or investigation would be needed.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
