Suggest Treatment For Severe Fever And Chills

Question: For several weeks,, I have chills running up down on my back. It happens late afternoon 4 to5 pm and disappears in the early evening. I dont have a fever = my temp at the time of chills was 96.9 on Saturday - 97.3 on Sunday and 96.9 today. Should I be concerned?

These chills are highly unlikely to be related to an infection and may be related to hormonal changes than anything else.
