Suggest Treatment For Severe Fever And Urinary Infection In A Child

Question: my daughter suffering from fever last week. as per doctor and reports, it was due to urine infection - E+coli.
As per doctor suggestions, sonography also done to check infection point . but all found OK. any further test required?

She should take the prescribed medications for the duration prescribed, and get a repeat urine culture after the treatment.

any precautions required in food and drink. normally she eat all fruits including bananas. some dry fruits, wheat roti, plain rice , dal etc. 400 ml milk in a day. she left breast feeding before 10 days.
